Business Problem
Teams analyzing lifecycle conversion alongside campaign or channel performance have no way to identify the specific contacts. When a filter like an ad campaign is applied, users can only see totals — not which individuals actually converted — forcing manual reconciliation across multiple exports.
Desired Outcome
Allow users to filter from any lifecycle stage in the Lifecycle report to see the list of contacts currently in that stage, including:
  • Contact ID / Name
  • Current Lifecycle stage
  • (Optional) Date entered stage
Impact
  • Remove the need to cross-reference multiple reports to identify contacts by stage.
  • Give teams full visibility into the contacts driving their lifecycle metrics.
