Business Problem

The “Send message template” popup can’t be moved, so it covers the conversation agents may need to refer to.

Current Workaround

Close the template setup, copy the needed details from the conversation, then reopen the setup and paste them in.

Desired Outcome

Make the popup movable so agents can view the conversation while filling in the template. This isn’t critical, but it would be a thoughtful improvement to the user experience.
