In the new respond.io inbox mobile app, when I close a conversation it remains. So if I need to take any further actions, I can easily do so.

However, on the web platform, when I close a conversation it takes me to the next open conversation. This makes it difficult for me to try and retrieve the conversation, if I need to take additional actions after the conversation is closed.
