Messages: Forward Messages to another Contact.

Enable forwarding messages from one Contact to another.
Use case:
- When you have external party/vendors that are not users on respond.io, you should be able to forward a message for review or analysis.

HTML formatted emails received in the conversation window are being transformed into a 1 liner without any spaces making it difficult to read!
Why do users have to click on "Show more" to see the HTML version?
Furthermore, this makes forwarding a message practically impossible since the user has to basically stay formatting the 1-liner into a user friendly format!!!
Please fix asap!

Forwarding a message should be an in-built function in the system. Copying the text, looking up the contact and pasting the text there instead of forwarding is time consuming and cumbersome! The system is designed to do away with Outlook or any other mailbox, and at minimum should offer the same simple solutions!

Forwarding a conversation to another email

An option is needed either by forwarding or adding an email to the conversation, it is forwarded to the entire queue of the conversation that is carried out, as it is used in ordinary email, because there are cases in which it is necessary to scale to other departments that are not on the platform.
And there is no way to adequately send them all the information, since a summarize often removes important information, or simply does not include images or attachments

Inbox: Forward Messages Between Chats

Business Problem
:Currently, users cannot forward messages from one contact conversation to another within respond.io. This creates extra manual work for teams that need to share the same message or media with another contact, or send it to an external party/vendor for review or analysis, because they have to download the content and resend it manually.
Use Case
:Users need to forward messages between chats when they want to send the same message to multiple customers, or when they need to pass customer content such as images or videos
Desired Outcome
:Enable users to forward messages directly from one chat to another inside respond.io, so they can share message content across chats without downloading and resending it manually. This should reduce duplicate work and make cross-chat communication more efficient
Workaround
:For cases where agents mainly need to send the same outbound reply or files to multiple chats, they can use Snippets. Snippets let teams save standardized replies, use them in the Inbox, and include file attachments. However, this is only a partial workaround: it helps reuse prepared content, but it does not let users forward an existing message or media directly from one conversation to another.

Move workspace conversation

In our company we currently use different workspaces for different areas. As the process progresses, the same customer is dealing with different areas, and it would be interesting to be able to forward an open conversation with a contact from one workspace to another.

I work in a car exporting company and the issue I am facing right now is with forwarding messages. we need to forward same messages to another chat (like we want to share similar cars to our different customers) so we need a forwarding message feature as soon as possible. Please consider it.
