We urgently need an internal chat, we don't always want to share the history of a conversation and even more so when they are internal team issues. Right now we're using Respond and Teams, but part of the flow is lost, we want the team to focus on just Respond.

We’d like an internal group chat feature inside respond.io so teammates can chat with each other (1:1 and in groups) without involving customers.
Ideal capabilities:

We would like to have a module in the tool where all users can communicate with each other within their space. Currently, there is internal communication through yellow comments, but it is crucial to create a sort of general internal chat. This chat should feature an infinite scrolling bar, allowing all users within that space to communicate with everyone else, ensuring visibility and interaction for all.
Some companies use Microsoft Teams for communication among employees, issuing alerts, etc. It would be great if respond.io had this module; it would be very beneficial.

Nabilah Binti Salleh: We currently have a whatsapp group where the all Agents + Members of different team share pics/videos and discussions.
We want to stop using Whatsapp Group.
It would be great if Respond.io had a feature where All Agents/Members can upload pics/vids/files for daily discussions. This would help us solve our Guest Queries faster.
