Messages: Option to retry / resend failed messages

Sometimes the messages didn't get sent out due to temporary failures of the channels or other reasons.

In this case, it would be nice if I could retry sending those failed messages.

Sometimes there is a problem in delivering the message in the custom channel and the 404 error appears

Adding the "Resend" option is great and gives the product more reliability.
