Messaging API has been released. It can be used to send a notification to any Contact, no matter the channel. You can find more information here:

I didn't see this error in logs, and I also don't see where to find the contact ID. I used the ID at the end of the URL when I go to message a customer on rocketbots, is this correct? If so, I'm not sure why we get this error (tried multiple platforms)

Sometimes the companies need to send order confirmations, shipping tracking numbers, etc It would be great that user be able to send messages not only receive, other platforms already include this by default

I would like to call Rocketbots API to send a payment confirmation to specific contacts.
We use MoMo (electronic wallet) and we need it to be able to send a payment confirmation to our customers directly through WhatsApp automatically.
