Business Problem:
Organization Admins often manage operations while on the go. Currently, when a payment fails — whether for subscriptions or WhatsApp messaging fees — they cannot make payments or manage billing directly from the mobile app.
This limitation disrupts service continuity and creates delays in resolving billing-related issues, as admins must access the web version to take corrective action.
Desired Outcome:
Enable billing and usage management directly within the mobile app
