Desired outcome
It would be beneficial if users could download images or files directly from the conversation on the mobile app.
Currently, the mobile app does not offer the option of downloading images or files.

You can now easily share images in your conversations for follow-ups or discussions, as well as download the images to your device for offline viewing (videos too soon). Simply preview the image and use the new icons for these actions.

Yes, sometimes when our customer service receives customer feedback such as photos and videos, we need to download and send them to the relevant operations department for follow-up.
