Business Problem:
Currently, the mobile app does not offer the option to download videos directly from the conversation. This limitation affects users who need to access video content offline for various purposes, such as reviewing customer inquiries, sharing information internally, or following up on discussions.
Desired Outcome:
Download & Share Videos: Enable users to download & share videos directly from conversations on the mobile app.

Business Problem:
The mobile app currently only supports downloading images from a conversation — videos received from Contacts can't be downloaded. This blocks users who need to save and forward video content (e.g. to internal communication groups) outside the platform.
Desired Outcome:
Allow users to download videos sent or received in a conversation on the mobile app, the same way images can currently be downloaded.
