Hey Eddie Tan, do you have a developer on your team? If yes, I have good news for you, we are about to release a new feature called "Custom Channel", which will allow your team of developers to build a channel integration from any platform (like Lazada or Shopee) into Respond.io. Is this something you are interested in trying?

Jerry (CEO): Hi Gerardo, yes I have a developer team but do we need to know the Shopee webhook server/IP ? As far as I know Shoppee does not expose their WebHook and not sure how we can integrate with it. May need your advise.

Hi Eddie Tan: Shopee does not provide public API for chat, we are currently collecting more information from shopee and will keep you posted.

Hi Eddie Tan: Upon confirmed with Shopee, their Chat API is only available for whitelisted users, do reach out to Shopee Open API team to gain access on the Chat API.

Hi CY Kay, to connect to Shopee Chat via custom channel, you first need access to the Shopee API, which you can apply for here (https://open.shopee.com/faq/56), along with the webhook access.

CY Kay, in this case, it appears that Shopee still restricts the use of their Messaging API, so integration is not possible at this time.
Note: this limitation is set by the Shopee team.
