Many businesses rely on Telnyx as their SMS provider. However, respond.io currently does not support Telnyx as a messaging channel. This forces users to manage SMS communications outside the platform, leading to fragmented workflows.
Desired Outcome:
Support Telnyx SMS as a native channel in respond.io, allowing users to send and receive SMS messages directly through the platform. This integration should provide access to core features such as Inbox messaging, automation workflows, and analytics—streamlining communication and improving operational efficiency.
