Business Problem
- Currently, Respond.io does not support any integration with Calendly, which limits teams from offering real-time scheduling capabilities during conversations. Without API-level access, users must manually manage bookings on the Calendly platform — adding unnecessary friction to lead capture, support handoffs, and customer follow-ups. This manual process increases drop-off risk and slows down engagement.
Desired Outcome
- Allow users to trigger bookings via Calendly's API.
- Fetch available time slots connected to a Calendly user or team account to display options dynamically.
- Book meetings on behalf of customers from within Respond.io— no redirection to Calendly required.
