It would be nice to have Magento 2 integration like other companies, to provide great customer support with automatic response based on pre defined queries.
Example:
We receive 2000+ messages everyday with same question like: when I will receive my order? What is the order status? Is this product available?
Solution:
If it is connected with Magento backend with inventory, customers and orders table, then chatbot can reply them automatically to those question by matching customers, email, phone or social media id.
It will literally save our agent's life for sure and will save company's valuable time.
Note: Same formula can be apply to shopify, woocommerce and other big ecommerce system, then Respond.io will be unbeatable.
