Fundamental. It should be a priority in the development backlog. Respond should operate seamlessly with different ecommerce.
I think it's urgent to have this development at least with Shopify.

Hi Team,
As a current user, I’m honestly surprised and frustrated that respond.io still doesn’t offer a native Shopify integration for reading and writing product and order data. It’s 2025—and we’re still stuck using Zapier for basic automations like sending WhatsApp order confirmations and updates?
Smaller platforms like WATI already do this natively, with seamless sync between Shopify and WhatsApp. Why can’t respond.io, a much larger platform, offer the same?
This is a critical feature for any e-commerce business. Please prioritize a proper Shopify integration—Zapier is not a real solution.
