It would be nice to have a Shopify app made, so it will update all customer database to the app whenever they reach out via email / Facebook or WhatsApp, it will have all those order numbers shown, like a real CRM tailored for Shopify

Please develop a native Shopify app for Respond.io, allowing merchants to connect their Shopify stores directly without relying on Zapier or third-party integrations.
The integration should support real-time synchronisation of customer profiles, orders, order status, abandoned checkouts, and purchase history directly within the respond.io inbox.
It should also enable automated WhatsApp messages for order updates, abandoned checkout recovery, and post-purchase follow-ups.
This would make respond.io significantly more attractive to Shopify merchants and more competitive with platforms offering native Shopify integrations.

I am new to this respond.io platform but I see that integration with Shopify has been requested since 2023, we are in 2026 and I still don't know if this will be possible. I just subscribed to respond.io and I use Shopify to service WhatsApp and it's very necessary to have the products available through synchronization. I hope it can be a reality. As I read, other providers already have the option to integrate with Shopify and why hasn't respond.io, being much larger than others, done so?

Fundamental. It should be a priority in the development backlog. Respond should operate seamlessly with different ecommerce.

I think it's urgent to have this development at least with Shopify.

Hi Team,
As a current user, I’m honestly surprised and frustrated that respond.io still doesn’t offer a native Shopify integration for reading and writing product and order data. It’s 2025—and we’re still stuck using Zapier for basic automations like sending WhatsApp order confirmations and updates?
Smaller platforms like WATI already do this natively, with seamless sync between Shopify and WhatsApp. Why can’t respond.io, a much larger platform, offer the same?
This is a critical feature for any e-commerce business. Please prioritize a proper Shopify integration—Zapier is not a real solution.
