New language: Albanian

Albanian-speaking teams currently have no native language support on respond.io in two areas:
- Platform interface — The respond.io UI is not available in Albanian.
- Call transcripts — Calls conducted in Albanian cannot be accurately transcribed, which limits call logging, review, and QA for Albanian-language conversations.
Desired Outcome:
Add Albanian as a supported language for:
- The respond.io platform interface
- Call transcript
