It is almost 2 years since this request was made. Why is a crucial function still not implemented yet? There isn't even a workaround to this as snoozed chat status is not available to be selected as one of the steps or variables in workflow.

100% agree, to stay on top of contact follow-ups, it's important to set a 'reminder' notification or 'due date' for the assignee to take action on each contact.
