PLEASE LET US CHOOSE THE DEFAULT CARD THAT HAS BEEN SAVED IN THE SYSTEM, instead of forcing us to key in the same card details everytime when we have to pay for the overdue payment. this is a very basic feature that you should have. its freaking damn annoying that have to repeat this steps whenever there is a payment failed. there should be option for us to choose, either paying by using current saved card OR a new card. if new card is being chosen, then only let us key in the card details.

I agree. Other software providers have a button to try again which makes this process so much easier. Eg. Slacks ‘Pay balance’ button.

Hi there Chris Elder, qe have an auto-retry mechanism in place, which attempts the payment automatically. If the retry is unsuccessful, we then require manual card entry to ensure sensitive information remains protected and cannot be accessed by anyone with the invoice link. Hope this clarifies!
