In addition to the revamped Reports module, we've included a breakdown table for all the metrics in the Responses and Resolutions tab which include first response time and resolution time. These tables offer a more in-depth understanding of whether the conversations held on the platform meet the set requirements or goals. For instance, you can determine if 95% of conversations were resolved within a day.
