Respond AI: AI Agent - Process Voice Messages

Business Problem:
Many customers communicate through voice notes on platforms like WhatsApp. Currently, the AI Agent cannot process audio messages, which limits its usability for businesses that rely on audio-based communication. Customers are unable to extract value or continue automation flows when voice messages are received.
Desired Outcome:
Enable the AI Agent to process incoming voice messages by:
• Automatically transcribing the audio into text.
• Using the transcribed content to continue the conversation flow
