Our highly anticipated Respond AI Agent, an AI chatbot 🤖, has arrived! With this update, we have introduced a new Workflow Step called "AI Agent" that enables you to create an AI Agent to respond to all inquiries from your Contacts.
The new feature allows you to:
- Provide 24/7 customer assistance.
- Easily handle high volumes of incoming queries without involving more human agents.
- Ease the burden of human agents by letting AI handle routine conversations.
In this release, the only Objective the AI Agent can handle is answering questions. Soon, we’ll develop more Objectives for the AI Agent. If you’re looking for a specific objective, you can suggest new AI Objectives that will meet your specific business needs here.
