Business Problem:
Currently, contact updates made in respond.io are not reflected automatically in Salesforce. When agents update contact information during conversations (such as phone numbers, names, or custom attributes), those updates remain only in respond.io. This leads to data inconsistencies between systems and requires sales or marketing teams to manually update records in Salesforce. As Salesforce is commonly used for CRM and marketing automation, the lack of automatic updates can result in incomplete or outdated customer data.
Desired Outcome:
Enable one-way contact sync from respond.io to Salesforce, where updates made in respond.io automatically reflect in Salesforce.

At present, users must:
Manually update contact details in both respond.io and Salesforce.
Use third-party automation tools like Zapier or Make.com to sync
