respond.io currently integrates with Salesforce Contacts but does not support the Account object, which represents companies or organizations in Salesforce. This limitation creates a lack of visibility into company-level information when engaging with contacts in respond.io.
Without access to related account data, users are forced to switch between platforms to retrieve critical business context. This disrupts workflows, slows down response times, and reduces the personalization of customer interactions.
