Great news 🎉
With our new release of Workflows, set up automatic assignment exactly as you need it!
Using "Assign To" Step in Workflows, you can:
- Assign to a specific user
- Assign to a user in a specific team
- Assign to a user in the space
- Unassign
Even better! You can even design the assignment logic:
- Assign to users round-robin
- Assign to the user with the least open contacts
Using the Advance Setting (Only assign to online Users OR Only assign to users with fewer than XX) you can create an assignment queue that will hold your contacts until one User meets the conditions.

Make it so that it is possible to assign a Contact to an entire team manually, via auto-assignment in the automation module or in Dialogflow

Hope that we have add a restriction rule/ checkbox list of users to the automatic assignment. So that the automation will not assign a contact to some online user only.

It would be great to be able to automatically assign contacts to users within a team. If a contact asks for a sales representative the system should be able to assign it to any user within that team and so on.
