Business problem:
  • As a business with an existing Telnyx account, I can't connect my current Telnyx account to Respond.io. I can only create a new Telnyx account.
Desired outcome:
  • Allow connection of existing Telnyx accounts to Respond.io to simplify the channel setup process for customers who already have a Telnyx account
  • Eliminate the need to manage multiple Telnyx accounts for a single business
Use Cases:
  • Allow customers with existing Telnyx-managed numbers and configurations to use them in Respond.io without duplication
  • Streamline onboarding for businesses already using Telnyx across other systems
