Currently, agents using respond.io cannot adjust the playback speed of incoming WhatsApp voice notes. This slows down the workflow, especially for teams handling a high volume of voice messages, making it time-consuming to process and respond efficiently.

Introduce playback speed control options (e.g., 1.5x and 2x) for WhatsApp voice notes within the platform.
