Business problem:
- As a business manager, I want respond.io to smartly detect conversion events and automatically send Conversions API Events to Meta for WhatsApp Channels, so that I can optimize ad performance without manual workflow setup.
Desired outcome:
- Auto-detect lead gen or purchase events
- Send CAPI events to Meta without manual configuration
- Improve attribution accuracy
Use Cases:
- Auto-tracking WhatsApp lead submissions
- Auto-tracking purchases via WhatsApp chat
The current workaround:
- Have to set up a workflow with Conversions API step first and define the logic manually
