Platform Problem:
Currently, respond.io cannot offer the option for Indian WABA (WhatsApp Business API)
due to a limitation from Meta
.Meta requires Indian businesses to submit a Business Compliance Form to use certain features like the catalog, but the submission must be done programmatically (Refer here: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/1104628230079278)
Unfortunately, Meta does not provide an API that supports creating business compliance programmatically (refer here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api/reference/whats-app-business-account-to-number-current-status/business_compliance_info/).
Current Workaround:
As a temporary measure, to contact Meta’s engineering support directly to assist with the business compliance submission.
