We would like to express our serious concern regarding the continued absence of WhatsApp Carousel Template support on Respond.io.
This feature request has been publicly raised since December 13, 2023, yet there is still no native implementation available on the platform.

It has now been a long period without delivery of a feature that is already officially supported by Meta and widely available across competing BSPs.
Meanwhile, several other platforms already provide Carousel Template support, including:
Twilio
360dialog
Wati
Gupshup
Infobip
MessageBird
For businesses relying on WhatsApp marketing, Carousel Templates are no longer an optional feature. They are essential for:
Multi-offer campaigns
Travel package showcases
Product catalogs
Interactive promotions
Higher conversion and engagement rates
The continued lack of support creates operational limitations and places Respond.io behind other BSPs in terms of marketing capabilities and innovation.
We respectfully request:
A transparent update on the current status of this feature
An estimated release timeline
Confirmation whether development is actively in progress
Early access or beta availability, if applicable
After waiting since December 2023, businesses deserve clear communication and prioritization of this highly requested feature.

Please implement this as soon as I have an 18+ WhatsApp channel in Respond.io, and we don't have options to create a carousel template. That's too bad, other platforms provide this too early
