Business Problem: Currently, respond.io's Workflows Ask a Question step (Multiple Choice / List Message) only supports a single text label per option, limited to 20 characters. WhatsApp's List Message format natively supports an optional description line under each option's title, and other BSPs (e.g. Gupshup) already expose this. Without it, businesses can't give Contacts enough context to choose the right menu option, especially for longer or less obvious choices.
Desired Outcome: Add an optional "description" field per option in the Multiple Choice / List Message configuration, so each list item can show a bolded title plus a short explanatory line underneath — matching what WhatsApp's Cloud API list message rows already support.
Use Cases:
  • An e-commerce business lists "Track My Order" with a description like "Check delivery status or report an issue" so Contacts know what to expect before tapping.
  • A support menu with options like "Billing" vs "Technical Issue" becomes clearer with a one-line description under each.
Current Workaround: Businesses have to fit all context into the question text above the list, or rely on the option label alone (20 characters), which limits clarity for longer menus.
