Business problem:
- As a digital communication manager, I want to add more than 3 and up to 10 Quick Reply Buttons when creating WhatsApp Message Templates on the Respond.io platform, so that I can provide more comprehensive and user-friendly response options to customers.
Desired outcome:
- Enable the addition of 4 to 10 Quick Reply Buttons in WhatsApp Message Templates.
- Enhance user experience by offering a wider range of response options.
- Streamline the message template creation process on the Respond.io platform.
Use Cases:
- Allowing businesses to offer a broader range of automated responses for customer inquiries.
- Facilitating more complex and interactive communication flows in customer service.
The current workaround:
- Creating message templates directly on Meta with more than 3 quick reply buttons and syncing them to the Respond.io platform.
