I agree. When my company was using WhatsApp Business we would send and receive A LOT of reactions since it helps tremendously with communication. It also makes the conversation "warmer" and feel more "humane" and less "bot-y". In many cases it also helps us close conversations more effectively. Not sending/receiving reactions to comments is one of the things we miss the most.

Add support for emoji reactions (quick reacts) to messages in WhatsApp conversations. This feature would allow users to react to incoming or outgoing messages with emojis (e.g., 👍❤️😂🔥) instead of sending a separate message.

Sometimes when we send questions to the contacts, they might use a "reaction" to reply instead, and we cannot see it.
