  • As a user, I want the option to copy the properly formatted API payload of my WhatsApp message templates in the respond.io platform, so that I don’t have to change and test the payload before sending it through my preferred integration setup.
Desired outcome:
  • Copy ready-to-send, correctly formatted payloads
  • Eliminate manual editing and reduce testing time
Use Cases:
  • A user copies a template payload and sends it directly via respond.io Developer API
  • A developer uses the payload in an automation tool without modification
The current workaround:
  • Copy payload from Developer API page and change to accepted format
