Workflow Step: Show Color Indicators in Conversation List

It would be good if I can set up in workflow to show an indicator for contacts in the conversation list in the messages module based on the conditions that I have configured.
For e.g. If the customer inquiry is about "refund", then show an indicator, or if the time since last incoming message more than 1 hour, then show an indicator.
The indicator would be helpful to draw the agent's attention to resolve certain customer inquiries or help them to prioritize which conversation to reply to first.

While dealing with certain clients from certain sectors, it could be that a certain sector could message in at once, however this flooding causes sight of potential clients who are not part of that flood and could be singled out.
Having said a certain tag colour could help, however the tag should be temporary and as soon as the chat is closed the flag should be removed as well.

Show "blinking" indicator when the conversation remains open for too long

In the messages module > conversation list, it would be good if we can show a blinking indicator if the conversation has been opened for "X" amount of time. This can draw the agent's attention and help them in prioritizing conversations on which one to reply 1st.
