Workflow Step: Start a different Workflow

There are some cases where it can be beneficial to divide one large workflow into multiple small ones.
Ideally, there should be a Step that allows one Workflow to trigger/jump/switch to another.
Right now one Workflow can only start another by adding a tag (or changing a custom field), but this is not ideal as then we need to remove that Tag and can get messy.
This can help:
- Reduce the amount of workflow looping errors when tags are used to string several workflows together
- In some cases it will reduce the amount of duplicate workflows if it is desired to have a workflow with multiple triggers

In my opinion it would be very helpful to have a way to jump to different spaces when a customer has 2 or more offices in different countries with different staff
Or maybe different products/ services runned under the same legal name, again runned by different staff but one social channel (1 WhatsApp, 1 Facebook, etc) for all.
That way you could easily continue on a different space with different data and their own reports

Hey Alberto Ruiz: moving a contact from one space to another is not a trivial task. First the contact has to be created into the new Space with all the Contact Fields, then you would have to connect the channel to that contact, and only then it would make sense to start a workflow on that contact.
We will work on the functionality to start a new workflow within the same step soon, however we do not have any plans to add the "jump to Workflow in a different workspace" functionality.
If you are interesting in doing so, you can use our HTTP Request Step to call your server, and then your server call the API from the other Workspace, creates the contact, and then starts the Workflow.
