Business problem:
- As a user, I would like to automatically initiate Workflows from respond.io for contacts who replied to my stories or mentioned my business Instagram account in their stories, so that I can capture and nurture leads while their engagement is at its peak.
Desired outcome:
- Trigger thank-you, reward, or upsell DMs automatically
- Enable Story interactions flow customization
- Drive faster lead conversion and retention
Use Cases:
- A follower mentions my business in their story or replied to my business' story receives an automated personalized message.
