We are now working on a way to export all messages from all contacts in CSV format. Because messages is a very high volume object we need to design the feature in way that is performant and scalable. This is easier said that done, but we will get there :)

Yes, finally you can export messages from the platform. This took a while to plan because we are dealing with a large volume of data so we got to make sure it's reliable to use.

This feature is available to Enterprise plans only.

Export Messages will not include a way to review Failed Messages.

As you know that template messages are charged by FB and 360Dialog does not store any messages in his platform. 
we want to download excel sheet for the template messages by space 
As we should attach this sheet with the invoice to our customers
