As a user, when I am chatting with my customers, I want them to know that I am currently replying to them.
For channels that support this (WhatsApp, TikTok Messaging, Telegram).

- This FR refers to showing a typing indicator to your customers, meaning your customers will see on their phone when you are typing.

I think this is relatively an easy feature to implement, at least when agents are typing so you know someone else of fellow agents is typing something at the same time you are responding to a specific conversation.

Able to see if a person is typing on a "Ticket" with a response, with this there is no cause for confusion when team is large and all of them working on different tickets.

Yes and in particular for agents to see if any of the other agents are typing replies at the same time
