WABA Message Templates at Namespace level

As the WhatsApp Business API Templates are added/ approved at the Namespace level, example: If I have 10 360dialog WhatsApp number for the same Account, I will have the same namespace id for all the 10 WA Numbers, thus the approved messages in that namespace will be the same for all the 10 numbers.

As respond.io saves the 360dialog WhatsApp Channel Message Template with namespace: Can we have a feature, were if we simply while adding the channel, mention the namespace and all the previous saved template messages get available for the new WA Number based on the namespacce?

Jerry (CEO): On respond.io I loved the idea of "Sync Templates" I used the sync and it factored all my existing templates perfectly.
Although I have not yet sent out a Media Template message out yet!

1 suggestion (not sure worth the development time efforts); but as the templates have pre-configured content, there should be an option to also trigger a template based message even during a session reply; not just after 24 hours :-)

KDC Tek: we are hoping to add the same functionality to normal session messages soon. We are working on allowing buttons and lists on any message that triggers a quick-reply (for example a survey giving multiple choice) https://respond.canny.io/feature-request/p/360dialog-whatsapp-api-interactive-session-messages
Media messages with footer and header will only be available as templates for now. If you are interested in sending templates before the 24hours, you can use the broadcast feature (already available), and in just a couple months the new workflow automation, will also allow this.
