Settings: Improvements to Contact Bulk Actions

Support for more bulk actions, and also increasing the number of contacts that the bulk action applies to.
Improvement 1:
Allow Bulk Action on All Contacts from the Filter (not only 100 at a time)
Improvement 2:
The following additional Bulk Actions are being considered:
- Change custom field
- Bulk Trigger Workflow
- Bulk reassigning conversations

Currently, bulk updates cannot be made to conversations or contacts. Doing them through Workflows and labels has its limitations and is quite tedious. You could make an Administrator mode or some way to be able to do actions to massively update Labels (more than 100) or change the assignment of conversations, or the status of several conversations. It's a pretty basic thing.

In addition, in the contact module i would like to be able select all and DELETE a tag. I can ADD tags in bulk but as of now, i need to remove tags manually, one by one. It's a drag! A tag manager, in general, would be super helpful.

Multi-select and Select All options are also needed in the Inbox Module, to do bulk actions like close many conversations at once, assign to an agent or team, etc.
